Networking at our new office in Finland

Industrial collaboration and rewarding discussions about safety culture was on the agenda at our lunch meeting in Finland. We also discussed how we together with other industrial professionals can work for a safer work place in the industry – so that everyone arrives home unharmed at the end of the working day.

SSG is on an exciting journey when we move onto the Finnish market. Our newest international office is placed in Helsinki, Finland. To celebrate that we have the office ready we invited safety professionals from the industry to join us for a lunch event. And later during the same day representants from SSG joined PSK Standards Association for a meeting.

Veli-Pekka Nurmi, Senior Vice President on Safety and Security at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj, joined us at our new office to give his perspective on safety culture. And representants from SSG were there as well to share news about all the things ahead and what to expect for the future.

- It feels amazing to finally be up and running here in Helsinki with our office space. It’s also a great feeling starting to meet potential customers and building important relations. We have a long way to go but now we are finally taking the first steps on this journey. I’m looking forward to accelerate from here and am very excited about next year and the future for SSG here in Finland, says Jaakko Antikainen, Country Director SSG Finland.
