Standard based industrial safety training

The SSG Finland Safety Basic Industrial Safety Training is an online course, which you can complete at your own pace. The duration is approximately 4 hours. 

The aim is to help protect everyone's health, prevent accidents and injuries at work and ensure that everyone can return home safe and healthy at the end of each working day.

SSG Finland Safety - occupational safety training can be completed online effectively exactly when it is most convenient and can be done on a mobile device or computer - it is an efficient, flexible and time-saving solution. 

Safety training certificate

A certificate of occupational safety training is carried electronically with you wherever you go. We will also send you a photo SSG Access safety card.

Flexible safety

Approved certification is valid for five (5) years at a time. You can easily check the validity from your SSG account and schedule your renewal at the appropriate time. 

Content of the SSG Finland Safety

  • This occupational safety training is suitable for people working in a wide range of industrial sectors: in-house employees and subcontractors.  The training has been developed by SSG Standard Solutions Group and is based on two occupational safety training standards (SSG 2200 and PSK 6803). 
  • The training learning path is structured around five carefully designed modules, each focusing on a key area of occupational safety. By completing these modules, the student's understanding of occupational safety is developed. They will learn about general safety rules, procedures and values, as well as how to identify hazards and manage risks. The training includes information on the roles and responsibilities of both employers and employees, helping to strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to develop safe working habits and reduce the risk of accidents.  
  • To reinforce learning, students will do exercises and answer questions during the training. To complete the training, students must complete all five modules and pass a test at the end of each module to ensure that they have understood the essential content.

How SSG online safety training works

 

SSG Finland Safety - is a PSK6803 compliant online basic occupational safety training that meets industry requirements. 

You can complete the online course remotely at your own pace. You will receive an electronic certificate of approved completion, which can always be found when you log in to your SSG account. In addition, we will send you a photo card by post to confirm that you have completed the required occupational safety training. 

Register your business in the system. Once registered, you can purchase a course for yourself or for any employee in your company.  

 

Take the course at your own pace. You can take breaks at any time and return to the course content later. After the training, you can take a test and, if you pass, you will receive a mark in the system for having completed the course.

On successful completion of the course, you will receive not only an electronic certificate but also a physical SSG Access security card valid for 5 years.

SSG Finland Safety -training is delivered online as an e-learning course, so you can complete it at your own pace, when it suits you best. You can take breaks in between or return to different sections on different days according to your own schedule. Approved completion of the SSG Safety Finland online course is valid for  5 years. The SSG Access safety card sent home is also valid for 5 years.  

 

   Occupational safety card

The Occupational Safety Card is a trademark owned by the Centre for Occupational Safety. No specific safety card is required by law, public authorities or insurance companies; under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it is up to the employer to decide what training to give to employees. 

So, while an occupational safety card is not compulsory, most industrial companies require contractors and employees to complete at least basic occupational safety training. SSG Finland Safety training meets the required standards for occupational safety training and, in addition to the electronic certificate, you will receive an SSG Access safety card as proof of course completion.
