How does SSG Skillnation work?

SSG Skillnation supports the process of ensuring that everyone who performs a job has the right competences and qualifications. It collects and provides data on relevant training, certificates, and attestations, such as working at heights, forklift certificates, driving licenses, flammable hot work and handling chemicals, etc. In other words, it is not just SSG's range of training programmes, it is the industry's competence database.
What benefits does SSG Skillnation provide?

Efficient administration - companies can quickly get an overview of employees‘ and contractors’ competences and authorisations. Improved security and compliance - all competences and certificates in one place. Better collaboration within the industry - a standardised solution that facilitates competence management for all parties.
What does it cost for the contractor company?

From 1 April 2025, the cost is SEK 49 (EUR 5) per connected employee per month, to collect and access your employees' competence data. Invoicing will take place half-yearly in arrears starting in July (no cost for months before April). As part of our offer, the connection will be free of charge for employees assigned to and passed a SSG course in 2025 or later - from the month the course was assigned and for the remainder of the calendar year. The offer is valid once per employee.
What is the cost to the individual user?

Any individual can create a free account on SSG Skillnation and keep track of all their personal competences and qualifications. Easily collect all cards and evidence in one place.
What is the cost for the industrial site?

Do you have your own employees and external contractors/suppliers and a need to collect all competence data. Please contact SSG's sales department in the form above for further dialogue and cost proposals.
What is the cost for a training and service provider?
